At house-of-ants.com, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping (and therefore ant-farming) experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. shipping policy
shipping of ants:
If ants are to be sent, they will only be posted on Mondays via express and with Signature on Delivery to ensure that the ants will be delivered to you as fast as possible. They will be packaged very carefully, and we guarantee that they will arrive in good condition. If the ants, for any reason, die in transit (adequate proof required), we will send a replacement ASAP or provide a refund. We will only send ants below a maximum temperature of 32°C.
We only ship within Australia - no exceptions.

shipping of goods:
Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible via Australia Post and with Signature on Delivery.
Change of mind returns are generally possible, if the product is still in perfect condition upon return. Shipping costs for change of mind returns are payable by the customer.
Please note that some goods require assembly or modification, which could take up to 5 business days. If it will take longer, we will inform you.
